About AMRCaller

AMRCaller provides antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genotypic predictions.

Currently, we are only supporting AMRFinderPlus, as the main prediction method.

AMRFinderPlus and the Reference Gene Catalog facilitate examination of the genomic links among antimicrobial resistance, stress response, and virulence.
