About AMRCaller

AMRCaller provides a user-friendly interface for antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genotypic predictions from genomics data. Performance will be dependent on the method used and genome size.

If no organism is chosen, the job will be submitted without organism-specific optimisations. You can also use SpeciesID to find out the organism of your input genome.

Genomes are immediately deleted after the job is completed, but results are kept for 24 hours for download.
